Policy on Non Discrimination and Gender Identity

It is our policy to have Hand and Stone franchisees treat all employees with dignity and respect and to provide a workplace that is free from discrimination whether that discrimination is based on race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity or pregnancy), national origin, disability, political affiliation, marital status, membership in an employee organization, age, sexual orientation, etc. Once an employee has begun working full-time in the gender that reflects his, her, or an unspecified gender identity, transgender service personnel will be represented in that manner to clients for scheduling and appointment purposes.
